At Dewstone, we know the customer is important and customer satisfaction is our first priority.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would wish to return your item, Dewstone offers a 30-day return policy (from the purchase date) with money back guaranteed.

We understand that you may have simply changed your mind and decided to return the product, if your item is not defective and the packaging has been tampered with, a restocking fee will apply.

Shipping Information

We charge a flat rate of $6.97 per item to any street address within the USA. Delivery is normally within 7 days (sometimes longer to further-afield destinations such as Alaska or Hawaii). Orders processed via our online store may in some instances be fulfilled by Amazon (in which case you will only be charged our flat rate shipping fee).

If ordering direct from Amazon your order will be subject to shipping fees determined by Amazon.
